On November 6, 2023, at the headquarters of Petroleum Construction Maintenance and Repair Joint Stock Company (PMS), the Ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Director of PMS Company took place.
Attending the announcement ceremony, the leaders of the Oil and Gas Construction Maintenance and Repair Corporation (PVMR) included Mr. Nguyen Trung Tri - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoa - General Director, Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director of PVMR and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PMS and the leaders of the departments of PVMR Corporation. PMS Company includes the Board of Directors of the Company, leaders of the functional departments in the Company.
The Board of Directors of PMS Company has received and decided to appoint Mr. Do Manh Hung as the Company's Director from November 6, 2023.
Ms. Do Thi Bich Hong - Deputy General Director of PVMR and Chairwoman of PMS Board of Directors presented the Decision to appoint the Company Director to Mr. Do Manh Hung.
